The <br />neighbor to Cie immediate north. Helen K Trainor of 1675 Concordia Street, attended the <br />meeting with the applicants noting her full support of the improvement. Palms advise that the <br />reskletH to the immediate south, an elderly gentlemen, is in ill health and they assume the house <br />will be sold within the next year. <br />The enclosed approval resolution has been drafted per the findings and conditions of the three <br />member Planning Commission in attendance at the November 21st meeting. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED; <br />To formally close the public hearing and to either adopt or amend the enclosed aw'roval <br />resolution.
