Zoning File #1982 <br />November 17, 1994 <br />Page 4 <br />Review the original resolution that granted <br />Exhibit L. Conditioiis were as follows: <br />U.lj il val of Butterfield's conditional use permit. <br />I <br />2. <br />Annual excavation of peat from the wetland located to the south of the Luce Line shall <br />be limited to 200 cubic yards (Butterfield’s application was limited to 3(X) cubic yards). <br />Applicant (note not Butterfield who functions as the applicant’s contractor, applicant <br />assumes responsibility) must obtain an annual land altenttion permit from the City of <br />Orono specifyii^ amount of peat to be removed, a plan for the work to be completed that <br />year ak^ with an erosion control plan. Other conditions recommended for this <br />^iplication. <br />All land alteration activities to be limited to the wimer months. The City has approved <br />access to site for these land alterations to be at the northwest comer of the property. If <br />contractor alters access and seeks access via Landmark Drive, the City must be advised <br />so that applicant can provide suitable notice to land owners served by Landmark Drive. <br />Each year applicant shall provide a plan showing how slopes are to be maintained to <br />encourage wildlife habitats adjacent to open water areas and submit a plan introducii^ <br />aquatic vegetation adjacent to the open water areas. <br />Others recommended by the Planning Commission.
