Pay: Increase pay ranges by 2.75% <br />2. Insurance Contribution: $10/month increase to $301.00/month <br />3.Mileage Reimbursement Rate: Increase from S.28/mile to $.29 per mile for thr use of <br />a personal vehicle for city business. <br />Compensation Adhis • ^ • <br />An outline of the criteria on which pay and insurance adjustments are generally based is <br />as follows: <br />A. Pay Adjustment Criteria <br />1 Cost of living increase <br />a.) US consumer price index: annualized increase from October '93 to <br />October *94 is 2.6%. <br />b.) Minneapolis/St. Paul consumer price index: annualized increase from <br />the first half of 1993 to the first half of 1994 (July ’93 to July ’94) is <br />2.9% <br />2.Market comparison: <br />Cities are generally considering pay adjustments for 1995 in the range <br />2.5% to 3.0%. <br />% <br />1 i <br />\
