I <br />Request for Council Action continued <br />page 2 of 2 <br />November 8. 1994 <br />Zoning File n916 <br />Planning Commission Recommendation <br />The Planning Commission recommended unanimous approval of the two lot subdivision <br />as proposed. The enclosed resolution has been drafted per the findings and conditions of that <br />recommendation which nov/ has been amended to include a request by the County for the <br />additional T of right-of-way and requirement that applicant locate existing wells on property and <br />to advise which of the wells are to remain to serve future residential development prior to final <br />plat approval. The City will ask for written confirmation from developer that all wells to be <br />abandoned have been legally abandoned per State and County regulations prior to final plat <br />approval. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />To adopt or amend the enclosed approval resolution.
