m r I <br />CITY of ORONORESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCILNO. 8 4 4,4------- <br />A <br />ID. <br />The City approves the interior trail plan for the second phase division ^ the <br />Coffin property allowing for the placement of wood chips on existing gnrfe not <br />to exceed a 5 ’ to 8’ width. This approval is based on the following findings; <br />A- No land alterations arc propose within the wetland or within 26 Of <br />wetlands. <br />B. The proposed trail cfcsigni will have no impact on the existing wetlands nor <br />on their interaction. <br />C. Proposed trail will not impede surface runoff nor would It create down <br />stream flooding or pollution problems. <br />The City has based preliminary approval of this plat on the applicants* engines <br />and the City engineer’s reports and findings confirming that drainage fr^ the <br />second phase residential development will not intensify drainagc/flooding of <br />down stream area. <br />NOW tHERETORE. BE IT RESOLVED, thalbMed upon one or mote of the <br />nndines noted above’, the City Council of the City of Orono heteby approvei the ptetotnai^ <br />pla a^Wcantion of Tandem Propenies atri Ute Peter Andrea Company per plat drawings by <br />MarkT Gtonberg. a licensed surveyor of Coffin and Gronberg. Inc., dated November 29, <br />1993, most revised date May 25, 1994. subject to the following conditions: <br />1. Cul-de-sac roads on the Coffin and Dickey parcels within Phase 2 shall <br />private. The City shall obtain underlying road and utility easements. The <br />developer shall create private covenants for the maintenance of private roads. <br />Applicants should also address the ownership of Outlet C and whether that shall <br />be a shared ownership. If not. then one owner shall be responsible for granting <br />an easement to the second owid^r. <br />3 Subdivider shall be responsible for installing pedestrian interior trails as shown <br />on trail plans drafted by Mark Gronberg of Coffin and Gronberg, Inc.
