Shared lot line has been defined along the meandering drainageway that <br />intersects property from east to west. <br />C. Lot lines reflect functional usage area for each lot. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that based upon cither one or more <br />of the findings noted above, the City Council of the City of Orono hereby approves the <br />preliminary plat application for Steven P. Wirtjes and Margo M. Wirtjes per survey dated 10-27- <br />89, revised 3-25-93, by Mark S. Gronberg of Coffin and Gronberg, Inc., subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />1. Prior to final subdivision applicants shall complete the following: <br />A. E.xecution of a restrictive covenant to be filed on the chain of title of Lot <br />1 that advises current and all future owners of need to install a new well <br />at the time the alternate on-site septic system is to be installed. <br />B.
