The top two candidates available for hire are Neil Melton and Bill <br />Persell. Two other candidates who were being considered (one male and one female) have <br />withdrawn from the process. <br />It is recommended that the Council authorize cmptoymenl offers to be made to Neil Melton <br />and Bill Ptrsell conditioned upon successful comptetion of a background investigation and physical <br />and psychological examinations. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUEST: <br />Motion to authorize staff to hire Neil Melton and Bill Persell as part-time police <br />conditioned upon successful completion of a background investigation, and physical and <br />psychological examinations. <br />__^, __- .___ - —-----
