Terms of payment are net 30 days with interest added to <br />unpaid balances in accordance with dte atuched General Conditions, which are a part of this <br />pix^;)0sed contract. <br />Braun Intertec will contact Gopher Sute One-Call to request that they make arrangements for <br />public utility representatives to determine the locations of public underground utilities. Braun <br />Intertec requests that you or your authorized representative notify the Braun Intertec project <br />manager immediately of the presence and location of any underground objects which are not <br />the responsibility of public utilities. In authorizing this proposed contract, you agree to waive <br />any claim against Braun Intertec and will indemnify and hold Braun Intertec harmless from <br />any claim of liability, injury or loss allegedly arising from the damaging of underground <br />objects not called to our attention prior to beginning the work. <br />We appreciate the opportunity to present this proposed contract to you. This work plan is <br />being presented in duplicate, so that if it is acceptable to you, one copy can be retained for <br />your records, and one copy can be signed and returned to us as written authorization to <br />proceed.
