Gayle Siegler. and Attorney, Gary Eidsen, were present. <br />Eidsen described McKinney ’s poor health and financial hardship Eidsen stated t^e ^ <br />been no change in the multi use status of the property since 1962 which is the hal^k of <br />this issue Eidsen stated the applicant has met the requirements of the conditional use <br />permit, and the SAC and WAC charges are new charges, although there hw bw no <br />changes in the use of the property Eidsen sees no basis for these fees^ The Waste <br />Commission told applicant the charges should be grandfathered ^ disputes <br />this citing an example in a follow-up letter of another property, which Eidsen says is not <br />representative of this specific property Eidsen feels the charges are unprecedented, <br />unwarranted, and create a hardship
