The entire structure <br />is located within the 0-75’ setback area. Any improvements to this property will require <br />hardcover and lakeshore setback approvals. The structure meets the required street and side <br />setback of the LR-IC zoning district. <br />A portion of the 20 ’ x 30’ addition and the entire deck will be located within the DNR <br />required setback for General Development Lakes at 50’. The DNR has been asked to comment <br />on the proposal. Staff will present Ceil Strauss’s comments at your meeting. There is adequate <br />area in the west street yard to move structural additions out of the 50’ DNR required setback. <br />There is 10’ between the easement and the proposed 20 ’ x 30’ addition and 8 ’ adjacent to the <br />garage. Note there is no required setback for structures from a driveway easement. If structure <br />was to be moved to the edge of the easement, there would still be a 22-23 ’ separation between <br />structure and travelled driveway.
