He requested he be allowed to install L.e sc.eer.in, <br />on the north and west sides ot the module. <br />Councilmember Hurr arrived at 8:00 p.m. <br />Goetten stated she had visited the site. Jabbour inquired what the module would be used to <br />smre and Mr. DeSantis resoonded that it would be used to store seasonal equipment a.u <br />would be utilized year around. .Si list of the items mat would be storeo was inciudea in th <br />Council pac.ket. <br />Jabbour moved Hutr seconded, to adopt Resolution No. 3371 approving jlST-S Variance for <br />Gary DeSantis/Saiior's World located at 1955 Shoreline Drive suoiec: to the tollowing <br />condicions; <br />1. <br />j. <br />Tne applicant shall combine the two lots into i single parcel. <br />The Council remms the right :o revisit the variance request. <br />Tne exterior of the storage module shall be painted tfie same color as the principal <br />structure. <br />Tne aoolicant snail m.aintain a parking agreement with the Center. <br />.A.yes A, nays 0. <br />Mayor Callahan commented that he felt the storage module should have oeen <br />when the main building was done.
