They acknowledge that applicants* residence <br />property doa include an easement for driveway puiposes over the town house driveway. <br />Applicants propose lo screen the three notHioor sides of the garage with evergreens. <br />This building b proposed to be located approximately 150-2(X)* from the nearest town home. <br />It is staffs impression that applicants have not proceeded with the structure pending resolve of <br />the home occupation license question. <br />Code n 11 « i <br />Section 5.40, Subdivision 1 requites that home occupations be licensed. Subdivision 2 <br />allows issuance of a license only if the conditions set forth in the zoning chapter are ft^y <br />complied with. Zonii^ Code Section 10.20, Subdivision 4 (C) con*:i:iis the following <br />requirements: <br />1.
