Of concern to City reviewing staff are
the following:
1.The 28 ’ aluminum trailer exceeds 20’ in length and therefore cannot be stored
outside on the property per Zoning Code Section 10.60. Subd. 13.
2.Although it is perhaps a minor issue, the storage of fuels, solvents and lubneants
of a m«g"»n»<<g somewhat greater than a single family residence use, might occur
within the garage structure.
3. Impact of the proposed use on neighboring properties is of great concern:
lilnile the summer lawn service business (^ration is pressed to be
conducted from the Long Lake Power Equipment property, repair arid
storage of summer equipment will occur at the garage and likely result in
employees coming arid going from the site in the summer.
