WATER PATROL DIVISION <br />DON OMOOX SHERIFF <br />WATERCRAFT means any contrivance used or designated for navigation on water. <br />ACE MINIMUM FOR OPERATOR OF WATERCRAFT — Except in case of an emergency, <br />no person under the age of 13 snail operate or be permitted to operate any watercraft, <br />including a personal watercraft, propelled by a motor with a factory rating of more than <br />24 horsepower unless there is present m the watercraft in addition to the operator at least <br />one person of the age of 18 or over. No person 1 3 years of age or over but less than 1 8 <br />years may operate a watercraft over 24 hp without possessing a valid operators permit <br />from the MN DNR. <br />PiKSONAL WATERCRAFT means a watercraft less than 14 feet in length powered by a <br />water let pump and which can be operated by persons sitting, standing or kneeling.
