Accessory <br />documents are in the final stages of completion and ready for filing. The MCWD, or LGU for <br />the City, has eranted comprehensive approval of the drainage and mitigation plans completed <br />during the first phase review. The DNR has completed its review of the impact of the proposed <br />total development on the Luce Line. All required improvements set forth in that review have <br />been included in the final plat approval resolution, review Fxhibit F. Review Exhibits L, M and <br />N.Durinc the Corps comprehensive review' ot the 46 lot subdivision. Mr. \anta advised that <br />if the appUcant was to meet the requirements of a nationwide permit that filling within Lots 17 <br />and 18 would have to be reduced. The developer is concerned with the impact on the building <br />envelop* d has submitted a request to reconsider their request to reduce the filling by .4 acre. <br />Review Exhibit M. Applicant has submitted the amended plan showing a reduction in the <br />amount of fill by .25 acres asking that the additional .15 acre of fill needed to provide a <br />reasonable separation between the wetland and the proposed home site. The developer has asked <br />that the nationwide permit be approved asking that Basin 1-A receive 2.03 acres ot till. Statt <br />will contact Mr. Yanta prior to the meeting to see if he will approve amended proposal. In <br />conclusiofi, all reviewing agencies have reviewed the comprehensive drainage and grading plan <br />and have either provided conceptual approval or conditional approval. <br />The Park Commission has reviewed the 46 lot proposal. The City has approved the <br />comprehensive interior trail plan, review Exhibit II. The Park Commission has not been asked <br />to review the second phase subdivision.
