Mabusth reviewed the staff report. Neal Lawson was present <br />representing the Orooo ^hool District. Gafton noted that the applicant was not present and briefly <br />reviewed the staff report for the benefit of the neighbors, Mr. and Mrs. Rhetts, who were <br />present. Lindquist inquired if there would be a problem with the low depression in the <br />area where a driveway would go, and Gaffron responded that it would have to be filled. <br />Chair Schroeder noted this was a public hearing. <br />Mr. Rhetts noted he had submitted a letter which the Commission had, and that be was <br />opposed to using the existing septic sites but since staff recommended ahematives he felt <br />would be good for the environment, he would support it. Gaffron stated that if the <br />ordinance was changed to not require the setback variances requested, this applicatimi <br />will not be back before the Planning Commission. <br />It was moved by Rowlette seconded by Lindquist, to table #1934 Variar4ces for RRH <br />and Company at 710 Garider Road. Ayes 6, nays 0. <br />SKETCH PLAN REVIEWS <br />(#17) #1865 LUNDGREN BROTHERS CONSTRUCTION, INC„ 2675 SIXTH <br />AVENUE NORTH • REVIEW OF AMENDED SKETCH PLAN <br />Chair Schroeder noted that three memben of the Planning Commission felt they had <br />conflicts of interest, and Peterson. Rowlette, and Berg left the table for this discussion. <br />Mabusth reviewed the proposal. Terry Forbord, Vice President of Lundgren Brothers <br />Construction Company introduced John Uban. of Dahigren, Shardlow and Uban.
