However. 1 would like to petition that the sewer asscsmentofS3.273.98.be waived. <br />The lot is not buildable. has not been generatiag any taxes for the city, and has been accruing sewer <br />1973 <br />The lot in question is currently lying idle and is being used as a catch-all for trash and discarded lawn <br />clippingsforanches by a few of the surrounding property owners. I propose to combine this parcel with my <br />adjacem lots #11 and #12. thereby adhereing to the resolution requiring adjacency, for the purpose of <br />buildinf a garage.
