Often (hereinafter "the applicants”) <br />are owners of the property located at 425 Tumham Road within the City of Orono (hereinafter <br />”City") and legally described as follows: <br />The South four acres of the East five eighths of the East half of the Northwest Quarter <br />of Section 31, Township 118 North, Range 23 West, Hennepin County.
