Request for Council Action continued <br />page 2 of 2 <br />June 8, 1994 <br />#1904 Eric and Shelly LiEequist <br />Ellen Sones has apologized for the Watershed District’s issuing a permit before the City <br />of Orono has completed its review of the conditional use permit/variance application. The <br />applicant had submitted a copy of the original variance application approving the variance <br />setbacks for the reconstruction of the residence and she had assumed that this was the approval <br />of the current proposal. <br />The Planning Commission granted unanimous approval of the conditional use permit and <br />variance application and asked that applicant resolve any concerns he may have with the <br />engineer’s comments and directives. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />To adopt or amend the approval resolution drafted per the Planning Commission <br />recommendation.
