(PID 23-118-24-33-0008) <br />WHEREAS, WHCPA is desirous of operating a museum on said <br />property, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the benefits to be <br />derived by each party hereto. <br />IT IS AGREED: <br />1. That the city shall lease to WHCPA the above described <br />property for a period of twenty (20) years at for a total rent of <br />One and no/lOOths Dollars ($1.00) payable in advance, for the <br />purposes of maintaining and operating a museum. <br />2. That the city will at it's expense keep proper liability <br />and property damage insurance on the premises. <br />3. The city will maintain the outside of the building and <br />the surrounding lawn and landscaping. <br />4. WHCPA will obtain and maintain a security system, and at <br />its expense maintain the inside of the building. <br />5. WHCPA will pay all electricity, heating and cooling <br />expenses. <br />6. Neither party shall be responsible to bring the building <br />up to any current building or access codes. If either party is <br />ordered to bring the building into compliance with any building <br />or access codes, either party may cancel this agreement. <br />7.
