Tandem Properties submitted a wrinen request on <br />behalf of the Tony Eiden Company seeking approval of the Council to allow staff to issue a <br />building permit for residential construction on Lot 1 . Block 2 prtor to the completion ot certain <br />site improvements. It is the desire of the Eiden Company to complete construction of a model <br />home for the '94 Parade ot Homes. <br />Review Exhibit C. The lot is already served by an existing driveway at Watertown Road that <br />served the former horse operation. Applicant s addendum notes that fire and safety is addressed <br />because there is good access available for emergency vehicles. The Drive will serve during the <br />early months of construction and a new drive at Countryside West will be installed as soon as <br />road is approved by the City. <br />fSTAFF COMMENTS ANT) RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff would approve the request to allow the issuance of a building permit to Lot 1 . Block 2 as <br />lone as both Tandem Properties and the Eiden Construction Company are aware that the City <br />win not issue a certificate of occupancy until an approved road base has been installed for <br />Country Side Drive West and a new access installed from that roadway Staff has prepared an <br />approval resolution tor Council s review and action. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQLT:STED <br />To adopt or amend the enclosed approval resolution or to deny the request of Tandem <br />Properties, the subdivider of Old Crystal Bay Road Addition.
