What is the <br />position of the Planning Commission? <br />Are the hardships valid? <br />Options of Action <br />Approval. Any condition of approval must include the following conditions <br />Upon application for a building permit, applicant shall provide a survey locating <br />the proposed structure and other improvements. Survey information is to include <br />the topographic information. The permit application must also include detailed <br />grading and drainage plaas assuring that the bluff impact zone is not encroached <br />by the new construction. Grading plans are to include detail on interceptor to the <br />north side of proposed drainfield area. Note majority of drainage from driveway <br />w'ill be directed to the southwest of residence. Imerceptor is needed to direct <br />drainage away from drainfield site. <br />OR <br />Denial. If application is to be denied as proposed, members should refer to Section <br />10.08, Subdivision 3 (A).
