V <br />m <br />CITY of ORONO <br />KiBOLUTlON OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />■NO._______________ <br />A-1 <br />S**Sho ^ <br />CONCLUSIONS, ORDER ANT) CONDITIONS <br />Based upon one or more of the findings noted above, the Orono City Council <br />conditions: <br />1 Applicant or applicant’s contractor shall be responsible for obtaining a building <br />permit subject to after-the-fact penalty fees, <br />2 Authorities granted bv this resolution run with the property not with the <br />applicants, but are permissive only and must be exercised by application tor a <br />building permit within ten days of the date of Council approval, or the special <br />conditions of this resolution will expire on that date (June 6, 1994). <br />3. Violation of or non-compliance with any of the terms and conditions of this <br />resolution shall constitute a violation of the zoning code, shall automatically <br />terminate any authority granted herein, and shall be punishable as a misdemeanor. <br />4 The undersigned applicants have read, understood and hereby agree to the terms <br />of this resolution and on behalf of themselves, their heirs, successors and assign, <br />hereby agree to the recording of this resolution in the Chain of Title ot the <br />property. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at a regular meetmg <br />held on the 23rd day of May, 1994. <br />ATTEST: <br />Dorothy M, Hallin, City Clerk Edward J.
