Block 1 of the Coffin <br />property division based on the following findings. <br />The proposed improvement would be consistent with the objectives of <br />encouraging land uses compatible with the preservation of natural <br />landfonns. vegeution and the marshes aal wetlands. <br />The proposal does involve development of land and water areas essential <br />to continue the temporary withholding of rapid runoff of surface watc. <br />which would create downstream flooding or pollution. <br />10 The Citv bas based preliminary approval of this plat on applicant s engineer and <br />the City engineer’s repons and findings confirming that drainage from this <br />residential development will not intensify drainage/nooding of downstream areas. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that based upon one or more of the <br />findings noted above, the City Council of the City of Orono hereby approves the <br />put application of Tandem Propemes and the Peter Andrea <br />S. Gronberg, a licensed surveyor of Coffin & Gronberg, Inc. dated December 1, 1993. most <br />revised date March 3. 1994, subject to the following conditions: <br />1 Countryside Drive shall be platted as a through road cormecting to Old Ciy-stal <br />Bay Road.
