JOD^ SITE development AGREEMENT <br />This agreement is entered into between the City of Orono and the City of Wayzata. <br />Recitals <br />Whereas the followine described property will be concurrently detached from the Ciw <br />of Oron^L annexed to the City of Wayzata upon approval of the Minnesota Municipal Boar . <br />onrnonheast'uarter of the northeast quarter of Section 2, Township 117. <br />Snge 23 West! lying Northeasterly of the Burlington Northern Rati Road nght-ot-way, <br />and <br />Whereas. Wayzata has requested that Orono enter into a concurrent detachment and <br />annexation agreement, and <br />Whereas the Ciiv of Orono desires to ensure the development of the site is compatible <br />with surrounding land uses and meets the city’s general development requirements, and <br />Whereas the Cities of Orono and Wayzata desire to arrive at an ^n^^^rstanding <br />concerimig the development of the above described property so as to ensure adequate land <br />compatibility, and <br />Whereas the mutual understanding of the cities can be most easily recorded 'hrouSh a <br />joint aememen" whkh sets out the mutual covenants under which the cit.es agree to enter mto <br />the concurrent detachment and annexation agreement. <br />Now Therefore be it Resolved, that the panics agree that Uie above described <br />will be developed within the following parameters and that the City <br />enforce the land use parameters as a condition of the concurrent detachmen
