A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING AWARD OF <br />CONSTRUCTION CONTR*\CT FOR <br />OLD CRYSTAL BAY ROAD BRIDGE <br />OVTR BURLINGTON NORTHERN RAILROAD <br />FILE NO. 13953 <br />WHEREAS, bids for construction of the Old Crystal Bay Road Bridge, <br />Bridge No. 27680, S.P. 152-102-10. were received and opened on May 19, 1994, at <br />10:00 a.m.; and <br />WHEREAS, bids were received from C.S. McCrossan Construction. Inc., <br />Lunda Construction. Inc., Prv.^ressivc Contractors, Inc., and Structural Specialties. Inc.; and <br />WHEREAS, the low bid was submitted by Lunda Construction. Inc., in the <br />amount of $499,751.00; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of <br />Orcno hereby recommends that the Commissioner of the Minnesota Department of <br />Transportation award a contract to Lunda Construction, Inc., for construction of Bridge <br />No. 27680.
