It is unlawful to convert, enlarge, reconstruct or alter <br />anv structure or use any structure or land for any purpose nor m any manner which is <br />not in conformity with the Zoning Chapter. <br />Pertinent Facts: <br />Existing side setback: 15.6 . <br />Existing front setback: 34.0’. <br />• No changes are proposed to the footprint of the structure. <br />• Proposal is to replace the existing 3.5/12 pitch roof with an 8/12 pitch roof.
