No DNR permit is required for <br />culvert crossings of watercourses with a drainage area of less <br />than 5 souare miles at the mouth of the watercourse (subject to <br />several other conditions, none of which apply to your situation). <br />I am attaching copies of the subwatershed information from ^ <br />Minnehaha Creek Watershed District that I based my calculations <br />on.
