Mabusth, Zoning Administrator <br />DATE: <br />SUBJECT: <br />April 4, 1983 <br />Sandy Beach Shore - 1983 Joint Use Dock License <br />New Application <br />List of Exhibits <br />Exhibit A - Applicant's sketch of docks on plat map <br />Exhibit B - Bilger Letter , ^ ^ loo-. <br />Exhibit C - Johnson's approval of dock plan for 19bJ <br />AS requested, Mr. Maciosek has submitted written conformation from the <br />fediorrnd5^Brriho?^-l?^c-i?:ee-;e^^^ <br />concern in relation to the proposed density level (seven slips per 185 <br />of shoreline), members should act on the application. <br />Staff Recommendation; <br />To approve a 1983 joint use dock license for Sandy Beach Shore per the <br />plan^for two docks with seven slips, dated March 5, 1983, based on the <br />following findings: <br />1. Approval of the adjacent property owners. <br />2. Location of dock is removed from heavily trafficed areas of the lake. <br />3. The multiple use dock has existed for over 20 years <br />Approval subject to the following conditions: <br />1. Adjacent property owners must submit written confirmation approving <br />the usage of che docks with each license application. <br />2. The seven slips are for the exclusive use of the resident/renters <br />at Sandy Beach Shore. <br />m
