Subdivision 3 (A) (Section 10.20. Subdivision 5 (A) - Open parking on residential properties shall not be <br />located within required front yards. Review Exhibit S. Note 10 ’ required setback is <br />maintained from north and west lot line. <br />Section 10.61, Subdivision 10 - Based on standard in code, 1 for each 7 students airf 1 <br />for each 3 classrooms, applicant need provide no more than approximately 6 parking <br />stalls. Staff would argue that with 24 full-time students and 3 staff, 24-f- parking stalls <br />would be required.
