Review Exhibits I and J, and the west <br />elevation of strucnire on Exhibit H, apartment will have a separate entry access to the side of <br />the three stall garage. Note there is no way to provide direct access from the second floor to <br />existing residence without major alterations to roof design. Internal access to the resideitte is <br />via the ground floor hallway and closet that eventually leads to the original garage area and <br />eventually to residence. <br />Review Exhibits K, L and M, the City approved a conditional use permit in February of 1991 <br />for the Bennetts for a lower level guest b^room within the principal structure. All stairfards <br />of the code were satisfied with the original application. The applicants would now like to install <br />an apartment for a full time nanny to assist in the care of the six children of the Bennetts. <br />Applicants propose to do away with the gu'^it room and convert it to an office library to offset
