Subd. 3. <br />The Planning Commission held a public hearing on this matter at its April 18th meeting pursuant <br />to proper published legal notice. The few public comments received were generally in support <br />of the amendment. <br />Planning Commission voted 6-0 to recommend approval of the proposed ordinance amendment. <br />The DNR has indicated their approval of the wording per the attached letter. <br />Staff Recommendation <br />Staff recommends approval per the ordinance attached as Exhibit A. <br />Proposed Motion: <br />Moved by , seconded by , to adopt Ordinance it____, 2nd Series, an <br />ordinance amending Orono ’s Zoning Code .Section 10.56, Subd. 3, amending the definition of <br />"Top of Bluff".
