Briefly these include: <br />• PUD rezoning: <br />- compatibility with surrounding development <br />- impact of Highway 12 routing <br />- City/School/Mn/DOT uses preempting anticipated degree of development <br />• Concept p: n: <br />• Lot configuration <br />- Grading, drainage, wetland areas and floodplain <br />- Sewer and water <br />- Access/streets/trails <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Council is requested to give applicants conceptual direction specifically regarding whether the <br />Council would be willing to consider the proposed density of the revised concept plan, or <br />whether the density is unacceptable.
