A RESOLUTION APPROVING <br />A METES AND BOUNDS <br />SUBDIVISION OF A LOT LINE REARRANGEMENT <br />OF PROPERTIES LOCATED AT <br />75/85 FERNDALE GREEN <br />FILE NO. 1905 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized and existing <br />under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono (hereinafter "City Council") <br />has adopted subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development of land <br />within the City; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application for a subdivision of <br />a lot line rearrangement by Kenneth R. Hopkins and John L. Powers (hereinafter the <br />subdividers") of properties legally described as follows: <br />Lot 2, Block 1, Fairway Hills Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota (hereinafter "the <br />property"); and <br />WHEREAS, the subdividers have completed all requirements of the City for a <br />metes and bounds subdivision of a lot line rearrangement for division and combmation purposes. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City <br />of Orono hereby approves the metes and bounds subdivision of a lot line rearrangement for <br />Kenneth R. Hopkins and John L. Powers as shown on the Certificate of Survey by Raymond A. <br />Prasch, a registered land surveyor of Lot Surveys Company, Inc., dated December 22, 1993, <br />revised January 17, 1994 and attached to this resolution, subject to the following conditions: <br />1. Upon approval of this subdivision by the City Council of Orono, the owner of <br />Lot 7, Allo-Rae Terrace, must apply to the City for legal combination for tax <br />purposes with Parcels A, B and C as described in that same survey. <br />Page 1 of 2
