The Planning Conunission further advised that Parcel B could not be sold <br />before Parcel C is released for sale. <br />Planning Commission Recommendation <br />The Planning Commission recommended unanimous approval of the lot line rearrangement as <br />proposed involving the properties located at 75 and 85 Femdale Green, subject to the following <br />conditions; <br />1. Parcels A, B and C must be legally combined with Mr. Powers’ homestead <br />property. <br />2. Parcels B and C may be sold to either the Wayzata Country Club or owners of <br />Lots 5 and 6, Allo-Rae Terrace. <br />3. Parcel B cannot be sold until Parcel C is sold or both can be sold at the same <br />time. <br />The enclosed approval resolution has been drafted for Council ’s review and action. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED; <br />Approval of subdivision of a lot line rearrangement per Planning Commission recommendation <br />set forth in enclosed resolution: or <br />Denial finding proposal in conflict with intent of original subdivision approval of Fairway Hills <br />plat.
