Goetten seconded, to approve the purchase for the utility <br />operation of a one-ton cab and chassis, under the Hennepin County Purchasing <br />Program, from Thane Hawkins Chevrolet in the amount ot $19,162; and the <br />purchase of the utility truck body from Crysteel, Inc. in the amount of $5,85/.00 <br />Ayes 4, nays 0. <br />(*#12)VEHICLE REPLACEMENT - BUILDING AND ZONING <br />DEPARTMENT <br />Jabbour moved. Goetten seconded, to approve the purchase for the Inspections <br />Department of a pick up truck, under the Hennepin County Purchasing Program, <br />from Thane Hawk»ns Chevrolet at a total cost of $10,369. Goetten seconded, to adopt Ordinance No. 124, Second Scries, an <br />ordinance amending Ordinance No. 123, Second Series, adopted December 13, <br />1993, and entitled "1994 Fee- Schedule". Ayes 4, nays 0. <br />(♦#14) TAX FORFEIT PROPERTY UPDATE - RESOLUTION NO. 3379 <br />Jabbour moved, Goetten seconded, to adopt Resolution No. 3379 requesting <br />conveyance of tax forfeit lands for public use by the City of Orono for park <br />purposes from Hennepin County. Ayes 4, nays 0. <br />(#15) SCHEDULE l^l^BLIC HEARING DATE FOR CDBG FUNDS <br />Moorse stated that February 14, 1994 had been selected as the Public Hearing <br />date to reallocate the CDBG funds which were allocated for developing a park <br />plan for the City of Oronc, but which had not been used. These funds must be <br />reallocated to another project from the same year, and staff proposed they be <br />allocated to the Housing Rehabilitation program. These funds can be replaced <br />with future CDBG monies for the development of a park plan later on. <br />(*#16)DONATION TO POLICE DEPARTMENT FROM LONG LAKE <br />BANK <br />Jabbour moved, Goetten seconded to accept the donation of $1,500.00 from the <br />Long Lake Bank and to establish a tuition reimbursement program.
