When I called the <br />Assessor's Office on May 4 they could find no record of the teter. <br />I ara therefore, submitting it again as 1 xw5uld like to have it on file as htvii^ made an appeal. <br />mv differeoce of opinion with Mr. Erickson'sThe second reason I am wiitii^ is to d <br />oflEke and the evaluation of my property value <br />Very politely with much profiessionalism Mr. Erickson explained that lake property values in <br />the $250,000 to $350,000 range had all been subjea to a 7.5% increase in 1994 duo piimaniy to <br />land values <br />While that does not follow what T know about jMopeity values in Minnesota and Lake <br />Minnetonka, I do not profess to be as knowledgeable as bfr. Erkkson. <br />I am therefore going to acquiesce this year My intention is to wrk with Mr. Erickson and his <br />office in the years to come to help assure that my property b foiriy appraised. <br />This letter serves as a document to hdp us work together toward building a file that wifl allow us <br />to understand the history on thb property and thus help assure equitable valuation. <br />Thank you for putting these two letters into my file.
