» . Vr <br />f Ordinance No- 24, Second Series <br />Page 4 cf 6 <br />Section 7. Ordinance Section 10.20, Subdivision 3 (P), (K), (L) <br />ft (M) is hereby repealed and the following language substituted <br />in its place: <br />P. Recreation Areas. Private gun clubs, archery ranges, <br />ski slide, provided the area is fenced and no part of the <br />principal use is less than 150 feet from any lot line. <br />K. Antenna Structure. One independent antenna structure <br />with antenna or combination of antenna attached thereto, <br />subordinate to and servicing the principal use or structure <br />on the saa» lot and customarily incidental thereto that is <br />not attached to another structure provided the height of the <br />antenna structure does not exceed 65 feet and the antenna <br />structure is set back from any lot line a distance at least <br />equal to the total height of the antenna structure. <br />L. Farms - (Crop and Stock). Provided that the area is ten <br />or more acres. <br />^mD^M.y Animals. The keeping of domestic animals for non* <br />cTtmmerclal purposes including horses for the use of the <br />occupants of the premises. A minimum of one acre in <br />aggregate, exclusive of one acre for the principal building, <br />must be available for each animal unit, except as <br />hereinafter set forth. A minimum of two acres of open <br />pasture must be available for a single horse and one <br />additional acre must be available for each additional horse. <br />When the horses are kept stabled and do not require pasture <br />for feed purposes, the minimum pasture requirement may be <br />adjusted at the discretion of the Council. Such minimum <br />pasture acreage shall not Include low lying lands unusable <br />for pasture or grazing. Any person keeping such animals <br />must comply with the provisions of the City Code. <br />and is hereby amended by adding the following: <br />(n^ Stables and Barns - Private. The use of an accessory <br />building for keeping animals for non-commercial purposes <br />provided it is for the non-commercial use of the property <br />owner or resident and meets the available area standards <br />outlined in Paragraph M of this subsection. Further, no <br />such structure shall be located less than 150 feet from the <br />nearest adjacent residence and no closer than 75 feet from <br />the nearest lot line. <br />O. Stables and Barns - Public. The use of accessory <br />buildings or land for the storage or rearing of animals not <br />owned by the property owner or resident. Such must meet the <br />requirements of Section 10.03, Subdivision 18. Further, no <br />such structure shall be located less than 150 feet from the <br />nearest lot line. <br />Gf <br />■
