KKSOLbTlON NO. 9:7 f <br />A KhSOLUTlO:; AI'PkOVlNC THE FLAT OF CAhDEN GKOVE <br />WHEREAS, the City of Orono Is a municipal corporation <br />organized .ind existing under the lavs cf the State of Minnesota; and <br />WHEKLAS, the City Council of the City of Oronc ’ adopted <br />subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development <br />of land within the City; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application for <br />a subdivision plat by Karl C^^rdner the subdivide*; and <br />WHEREAS, the subdivider has ccr.pletcd all requirements of <br />tie platting regulations of the City, Including: <br />Completion of all the requirements of Kesolution No. 890. <br />Dedication of required drainage and utility easements. <br />Dedication of public streets and roads. <br />Dedication of access easements underlying private roads. <br />Payment of a park dedication fee of $1,000. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Coi«cil of <br />; the City of Orono hereby approves the plat of Carden Grove, Hennepin <br />County, Minnesota; subject to.the following conditions; <br />The aforesaid plat shall be filed with the Hennepin County <br />Recorder's Office on or before February 15, 1979, together <br />with a certified original copy of this Resolution, and <br />executed copies of the road and utllitiea easement. <br />The approval granted by this Resolution shall expire if the plat has <br />not been filed by the date specified above. In that event. It will be <br />necessary to file a new application with the City of Orono for subdivision review. <br />Dated this day of August <br />William B.
