Staff has agreed that they <br />will work with the four individual property owners to obtain the neecessary <br />access easesient for Mr. Nelson before the vacation of Lot 1» 2, k 3* Block <br />€ Saga Rill Revised are finalised. Since the City was remiss in not <br />obtaining the original easements at the time of the vacation of Oak Place# <br />the City will draft the appropriate legal descriptions for access <br />easements. Mr. Johnson had advised originally that he would be happy to <br />grant the total access easement through his portion of vacated Oak Place <br />but Mr. Nelson advised that because of topography and existing road bed <br />that it would be impossible to squire an easement only through Mr. <br />Johnson's property. Staff would ask that you condition your approval of <br />the current vacation application based on the final resolve of access <br />easements to the Nelson property via vacated Oak Place.
