The third stall wwld be <br />used to store the cainpero The boat would ^ <br />stored in the northeast corner of the lot. The <br />driveway would be of crushed rock rather than <br />blacktop or concrete to eliminate the hardcover <br />in Zone 2. He presented a legal opinion to <br />confirm the easement status on the property. <br />The doexusent did not satisfy the Planning <br />Commission.
