The Zoning Aininistrator stated <br />that the applicant is requesting approval to riprap the <br />shoreline to prevent further erosion. This would he a <br />continuation fro« th** neighbor’s property line to the <br />creek along the west side of his property. <br />Dunlap ro\’^, Pesek seconded, to reroniecnd appro\*al on <br />the condition that the rock used for this riprap be 12" <br />or more in dianeter and subject to approval of the <br />other agencies, ^fotian - Ayes (S), Nays (0). <br />The Zming Adninistrator reninded the Cermission of <br />the discussion which took place during the work session <br />at their last rceting concerning the netal seawall \'s. <br />riprap. Mr. Hartmann, representing the Association, <br />presented the proposal for dredging and several options <br />of shoreline protection* Several other nenhers of the <br />Association were also present. <br />The Ccrrdssion felt that the dredging and shoreline <br />protection were two separate issues. After a brief <br />discussion, Pesek men’ed, Dunlap seconded, to recomend <br />anproxuil of maintenance dredging to a reasonable depth <br />to allow the property owners legal riparian right to <br />have navigable access. The spoils would need to be <br />removed from the lake area.
