S -Description - This fweXl parcel of 13 acres represent* property aost difficult to develop effectively because of its narrow depth between Highway 12 and the existing Rlngerswood <br />residential area. The area however, does not have soil <br />limitations, wetland limitations, or slope concern* found in <br />other areas (see Appendix E). The shape and site of this partel <br />does present a probleai for the installation of a frontage road in <br />this area. <br />) <br />Discussion of Alternatives - <br />Alternatives as indicated above are very limited for this <br />area <br />1. Developed According Current Zoning - This parcel is <br />relatively small and presents constraints regarding <br />development as found in other area in the corridor. <br />2.
