The Metropolitan Council has not formally approved the <br />Comprehensive Plan and it appeara it will not until mid-February. The <br />performance standards will not be realised until the end of summer or early <br />fall. <br />The applicant fully underatands the concerns of the City staff in <br />accepting the application and is fully aware of the limited review and <br />*^®*'*if^* of ^he sketch plan review conducted at this time. <br />Applicant’s addendum (see Exhibit B) notes specific items for <br />consideration. Staff has met and outlined broad planning topics/issues <br />baaed on the guidelines and the framework establiahed within the <br />Comprehensive Plan Amendment that must be addressed when planning the <br />future development of this site (Area 5).
