Concrete curbs shall be installed for each parking space <br />2. Tha curbing should be located 5* off the east lot line and 10' off <br />the west lot line. <br />3. The existing bituminous outside the curb should be removed and tha <br />area sodded. <br />;ess - <br />The applicant is proposing two curb cuts, one for an entrance and the <br />lar for an exit from the site. The plans have been reviewed by the City <br />flneer and Hennepin County Department of Transportation and their <br />ments are as follows: <br />City Engineer (see. Exhibit G) <br />1. The entrance should be reduced in width to one lane rather <br />than two as shown. <br />2.
