Each lot now <br />meets the required lot width at the rear of the 50 foot front <br />yard setback line. Lots 2 and 3, Block 2 meet the required lot <br />width adjacent to Fox Street. Lots have adequate frontage along <br />Pox Street but the City will require access from the private <br />road. No new curb cuts will be approved except those approved <br />from Interior access roads. Note Lot 1, Block 2 has adequate <br />width along Leaf Street side and the private read extension to <br />Leaf Street along the north lot line. Lot 6, Block 1 and Lot 1, <br />Block 3 also meet the required lot widths adjacent to the road <br />Outlot, (Outlot A).
