OSDIR MD OOtOXTlOMS <br />Baaed upon the above findings, the Orono City Council hereby <br />granta a variance to tha Municipal Zoning Code Section 10.22, <br />SubdiviaiM 1 and Section 10.55, Subdivision I, to allow the <br />construction ot a new hone located partially within the 0-75* <br />lakeahora aatback area where no structures are noraally allowed, and <br />• variance to Section 10.22, Subdivision 2 to allow a total of <br />2,9*0 aquara faat of hardcover (or 15.8*) in the 0-75’ setback aona at <br />the building site where no hardcovar is allowed, and to allow 3,380 <br />square feat of hardcover (or 30*) in the 75-250’ lakeehore setback aona <br />at the building site, where only 25* hardcover is noraally allowed, and <br />grant* a variance to Section 10.22, Subdivisimi 1, to allow <br />encroachaent on tha average lakeahora setback froa the lagoon (or <br />north) side of the building aite, subject to tha following conditional <br />1.All drainage froa the proposed house oust be directed toward <br />the lagoon to gain the aaxiaua possible infiltration tiaa and distance. <br />2. <br />3. <br />A site grading plan eust be subaitted for staff approval prior <br />to issuance of a building peiait. <br />Mo future hardcover is allowed on thia ptoperty in the 0-75* <br />setback zone on the north side of the lagoon.
