Mr. McNeills was now seeking approval of a lot line <br />rearrangement which was required with the approval of a variance <br />granted last Fall. Motion, <br />Ayes*5, Nays»0, Motion passed. <br />#1393 MASHIRGTOR SCIERTIPIC, IRC. <br />2605 NATZATA BOULEVARD <br />CORDITIOHAL USE PERMIT <br />RESOLDTIOR #2623 <br />Mr. Joe Pallansch, a representative of Washington Scientific <br />Industries, Inc., was present. <br />e • Administrator Bernhardson explained that Washington <br />Scientific Industries was requesting approval of a conditional <br />use permit to spread contaminated soils to allow air stripping to <br />occur. The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency has approved the <br />proposal as being environmentally sound. The soil contaminant is <br />the same solvent used for dry cleaning. Once the solvent is <br />exposed to air it will volatilize. The applicants will then grade and seed the area. <br />It was moved by Councilmember Cal.irnan, seconded by <br />Councilmember Nettles, to adopt Resolution #2623, approving the <br />Conditional Use Permit for Washington Scientific Industries, <br />Inc.
