Subdivider expressly agrees that the City Council has the right and authority to order all or <br />part of the proposed public improvement project or to refuse to <br />order all or any part of said project at any stage of the <br />proceedings listed in paragraph (2) above. Subdivider further <br />agrees to pay the City for the engineering feasibility report and <br />for any other reasonable engineering, legal and administrative <br />expenses related to the Plan B Improvement petition. <br />c. Construction Plans and ApptOYal Thftiefll^ <br />The City will engage the duly appointed City Engineer <br />to prepare detailed plans and specifications for the complete <br />installation of all Plan B Improvements, including preparation of <br />estimates, special contract provisions, preparation of proposal <br />forms and designation and description of all necessary temporary <br />and permanent easements.
