Upon receipt of said report, the City Council will call <br />an improvement hearing for the purpose of considering ordering of <br />these Plan B Improvements. Thereafter, the City Engineer will <br />prepare final plans and specifications and bids will be taken. <br />Upon receipt of bids, the City Council will determine whether or <br />not to order any or all Plan B Improvements as a public project, or <br />to reject any or all bids and decline to order the public project <br />or any part thereof.
